What if I forget my Password?
Click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the CKS login at the top of each screen. Enter your user ID and your registered email address. Once you enter the correct information we will email your password.

Can I change my Password?
Yes. Setup takes only a few seconds.

Can there be more than one KCS user per account number?
Yes. Each user must register with an individual KCS Online user ID and password.

How do I know that KCS protects electronically transferred information about my shipments?
KCS draws on electronically acquired information for internal business use only. At no time will we sell or trade your information to anyone. All our your information is kept safe through a secure link.
